
Jill Romig is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She has been an educator for 20 years. She has been a classroom teacher, writing coach, and an ESL instructor. Jill used The Writing Academy writing and reading curriculum in her own classroom for 8 years where she saw unbelievable growth and confidence in all her students. After 15 years of devotion as a classroom teacher, Jill turned the page professionally to work as an educational consultant and online teacher. She loves when her former students reach out to her to share how they continue using the brain-based strategies on into their university studies as well as everyday life. Jill has a husband and two children. She loves to cook, garden, run, volunteer in the children’s ministry at her church, and travel. She is passionate about connecting with others and making learning fun! She loves the excitement that comes along with each in-service when teacher’s smile and laugh while having fun with the hands-on, interactive activities. When teaching student camps, Jill is eager to teach the TEKS in an exciting and memorable way that will last a lifetime!
